What working with us actually looks like

No mystery, no lock-in and no chasing us for updates. Here's our process, who you'll talk to, what you'll own and what you'll see every month.

Five steps, every project

Stage 1 of 5

  1. You get: a short summary of what we found and what we'd change first.

    How diagnose works
  2. You get: a written scope you can hold us to.

    How scope works
  3. You get: milestone previews and a clear record of what's done and what's next.

    How build works
  4. You get: a launch checklist showing what was tested and the result.

    How test works
  5. You get: a monthly report and one clear recommendation.

    How improve works

Our process: Diagnose, Scope, Build, Test, Improve

Every project, from a one-page fix to a custom web app, runs through the same five steps. Each one ends with something you can see and check.

Step 1 of 5: Diagnose

Before we suggest anything, we look at how your business gets customers today: your website, your Google Business Profile, how inquiries arrive and what happens to them next. For fixed-price services, your brief covers this. For bigger projects, we start with a free growth plan on video or a short discovery call.

You get
A short summary of what we found and what we'd change first.
Your part
Send your website address, or fill in the brief. About five minutes.
Typical time
The free growth plan video arrives within two business days.

Step 2 of 5: Scope

We write down exactly what we'll deliver: features, pages, integrations, what's included, what isn't, the price and the delivery date. Nothing starts until you've approved it.

You get
A written scope you can hold us to.
Your part
Read it, ask anything, then approve it or ask for changes.
Typical time
Fixed-price packages come scoped already. Custom work gets a written scope and fixed price within two business days of your brief.

Step 3 of 5: Build

We work in stages and show you progress at each milestone, so you see designs before they're built and drafts before they're final. Your feedback goes in at every stage, not just the end.

You get
Milestone previews and a clear record of what's done and what's next.
Your part
Look at each preview and tell us what to change.
Typical time
The delivery time on your package, counted from your completed brief. For example, 7 days for Website Redesign, Starter.

Step 4 of 5: Test

Before anything goes live, we test it the way your customers will use it: on phones and desktops, with real forms, real bookings and real questions for any AI assistant. Each AI assistant is tested against at least 50 real customer questions.

You get
A launch checklist showing what was tested and the result.
Your part
Try it on your own phone, then approve the launch.
Typical time
Inside your delivery time, before anything goes live.

Step 5 of 5: Improve

After launch, we watch what happens: which pages bring in inquiries, how fast they're answered, how many book. Then we recommend the next change based on those numbers, not guesswork.

You get
A monthly report and one clear recommendation.
Your part
Read a short report. On monthly plans, join a monthly strategy call.
Typical time
Every month on a monthly plan, starting the month after launch.

Step one costs nothing. Our free growth plan is a Diagnose on video: three ranked fixes for your website within two business days.

What happens after you buy a fixed-price service

From checkout to handover, you always know what happens next and who is doing it.

  1. Right away

You get a receipt, an order page and a link to your project brief.

  2. Day 0 to 1

You fill in the brief, about five minutes, and upload any files.

  3. Within 1 business day

We review your brief and confirm the delivery date, or ask any questions.

  4. During the build

You get progress updates on your order page at each milestone.

  5. Delivery

You review the work, request revisions, or approve it.

  6. After approval

We hand over files, logins and a short guide. The 30-day fix warranty begins.

The delivery clock starts when your completed brief arrives, because that's when we have what we need to begin.

Who you'll talk to, and how

You'll always know who is running your project and how to reach them. Projects are led by our founder, so the person who scopes your work is the person who answers your questions.

  • One point of contact. One named person runs your project from start to finish. You'll never be passed around a support queue.

  • Replies from a person. Someone who knows your project, never a ticket queue.

  • Calls in your time zone. Our team is in Pakistan and works with clients worldwide, so we schedule calls during your working day.

  • Everything in writing. Decisions, approvals and changes are recorded on your order page, so nothing gets lost in someone's inbox.

  • More on monthly plans. Monthly clients also get a monthly strategy call and a shared channel for quick questions.

What you own

Once your project is paid for, it's yours. We set things up in your name from the start, so nothing is held hostage later.

  • Set up in your name
  • No lock-in
  • Take it anywhere

If you ever leave a monthly plan, we move everything to accounts in your name and walk you through it.

Your handover checklist

Owner: you
  • Domain name registered in your name
  • Website files, code and content
  • Admin logins for your website, CRM and other tools, with you as the owner
  • Design source files (Figma, Illustrator or similar)
  • Automation workflows and AI assistant settings, exported and documented
  • Contacts, conversations and lead history
  • A short guide to running and editing what we built

Switching from another agency or freelancer?

Moving away from someone else is often the part owners dread most. We handle it:

  1. Get your access back

We list every account, login and asset you need back, and help you request them.

  2. Protect what works

We review what's working before changing anything, so you don't lose rankings or leads in the move.

  3. Keep your search traffic

For websites, we keep your existing URLs or redirect them properly, so Google sends visitors to the right place.

  4. Build on what's good

If your current setup is worth keeping, we'll say so and build on it rather than starting again.

Your monthly report

Every month you get one short report: what came in, how fast it was answered, what booked, what we did and what we'd do next.

Your leads

Inquiries
Total new inquiries, split by source: website, Google Business Profile, calls, chat, WhatsApp, referral
First reply
How quickly inquiries got their first reply, on average and at the slowest
Qualified
How many inquiries were a real fit for your business
Booked
Appointments, calls or orders that came from those inquiries
Revenue
Sales value, only when your CRM or store data supports it

Our work

Work completed
What we built, fixed or published this month
Issues
Anything broken, delayed or waiting on you

What comes next

Next
Our one recommendation for next month, and why
Data notes
Last updated date, plus anything we couldn't measure accurately

Why the data notes matter: if a number isn't reliable, for example because call tracking isn't set up yet, the report says so instead of showing a guess.

Next, and why

Ask for a review after every job: Google Business Profile inquiries book most often.

How we check our own work

Nothing goes live until it passes a written checklist for the kind of work it is.

  • Websites

Tested on iPhone and Android, plus Chrome, Safari and Edge. We check every form and link, and measure speed with Google's PageSpeed Insights.

Example An example site for a fictional roofer, checked on desktop and phone.
  • SEO

Titles, headings, schema, indexing and redirects checked page by page, with Google Search Console set up and verified.

  • AI assistants

Tested against at least 50 real customer questions, including awkward ones, before launch.

  • Automations

Run with test data first, with error alerts set up so failures don't happen silently.

  • Design

Delivered in the formats you need, checked at real print and screen sizes.

Process questions

Still unsure about a step? Email info.webfxpro@gmail.com or send a project brief. A person replies within one business day.

See every priceRead the refund and revision policy

Do I need to be available during the project?

A little. You'll need to fill in the brief, answer occasional questions and review milestones. Most clients spend an hour or two in total on a fixed-price project.

What if I'm not happy with the first version?

That's what revisions are for. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Tell us what to change, and we'll change it.

Can you work with my existing team or developer?

Yes. We can work alongside your staff, your developer or your marketing person, and we document everything so they can carry on after us.

What if the project needs to change halfway through?

We'll write down the change, its price and its effect on the delivery date, and only go ahead once you approve it.

When does the delivery clock start?

When your completed brief arrives. That's the moment we have everything we need to begin, and we confirm your delivery date within one business day.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Fixed-price services are one-off purchases. Monthly plans run month to month after launch, with 30 days' notice to cancel, and everything we built stays yours.
