What we'll need from you
- A Shopify account (a trial is fine) and a collaborator invite
- Product data: names, prices, variants, SKUs and inventory, in a spreadsheet or supplier file
- Product photos, logo and brand colors
- Your shipping approach: flat rate, free over a threshold, or calculated
- Your return policy and the states where you need to collect sales tax (check with your accountant)

How much does a Shopify store cost?
There are two parts. Shopify charges a monthly plan fee plus payment processing, which you pay directly to Shopify. Setup is the one-time cost: our Shopify store setup is $399, $899 or $1,999 depending on products, design and marketing setup. Premium themes and paid apps are optional extras.
How long does it take to set up a Shopify store?
5, 10 or 14 days depending on your package, counted from the day we receive your brief and product data.
Do I need a premium theme?
Not always. Shopify's free themes are fast and well built. A premium theme makes sense when you need specific features like advanced filters, lookbooks or mega menus. We'll recommend one in your scope.
Can you set up sales tax?
We configure Shopify's tax settings for the states you tell us you need to collect in. Which states that is depends on your business, so check with an accountant. We don't give tax advice.
Will I be able to manage the store myself?
Yes. You'll get a recorded walkthrough showing how to add products, manage orders, run discounts and edit pages.
