This Privacy Policy explains how WebFX Pro ("WebFX Pro," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit webfxpro.com, contact us, request a free growth plan, buy a service or use our client portal.
1. Information we collect

- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name and website
- Project information: briefs, files, messages, feedback and anything else you send us about your project
- Account information: the email address you use to sign in to the client portal
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider (see section 4). We don't receive or store your full card details.
- Chat messages: what you type into the chat assistant on our website
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: browser type, device, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page and approximate location based on your IP address
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 6
Information from others
- Payment confirmations from our payment provider
- Scheduling details from our booking tool when you book a call
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver free growth plans
- To process orders, deliver services and manage your account
- To send transactional messages about your orders
- To send marketing emails, if you've agreed or where the law allows. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To improve our website, services and chat assistant
- To measure and improve our advertising, if you allow advertising cookies
- To prevent fraud, keep our services secure and comply with the law
3. AI tools
Our chat assistant and some internal workflows use AI services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) to process the information you send us. We use business API services whose terms don't allow your data to be used to train their models. Don't share sensitive information, like health or financial details, in the chat.
4. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business: hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, analytics, AI and payment providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Our payment provider, Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, which processes payments and may act as the merchant of record for your purchase under its own privacy policy.
- Advertising partners (such as Meta and Google), through cookies, only if you allow advertising cookies. Under some state laws, this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising (see section 8).
- Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public
- Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, under this policy's protections
5. Our team and international transfers
Our team is based in Pakistan and works with clients around the world. Your information may be accessed by our team in Pakistan and processed by service providers in the United States and other countries. We protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and contracts with our providers.

We use:
- Essential cookies to run the website, checkout and client portal
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), only with your consent where required
- Advertising cookies (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), only with your consent where required
You can change your choices anytime through Cookie Settings in the footer. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.
7. How long we keep information
- Inquiries and free growth plans: up to 24 months after our last contact
- Client project records and invoices: as long as needed to provide services and as required for tax and accounting (generally up to 7 years)
- Chat transcripts: up to 12 months
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tool, up to 14 months
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, California and other places with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, or its use for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights

California residents: in the past 12 months, we collected the categories of information described in section 1 for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in section 4. We don't sell personal information for money. We don't knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure credential storage. Please send passwords and logins only through the secure fields in our brief form, never by email.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
11. Client data we process for you
When we build tools that handle your customers' information, such as chatbots, receptionists or CRMs, we process that information on your behalf and under your instructions. Your own privacy policy governs how your customers' information is used.
12. Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or on our website.
