Real Property Associates, Inc. is a Seattle property management company serving small and mid-size investors and homeowners. Its services include marketing and leasing, rent collection and accounting, and inspections and maintenance.
What we did
We redesigned this property management website to improve user experience, site structure, performance and search visibility: a cleaner layout, better service pages and a responsive experience for property owners and tenants. The work included property management pages, an SEO-friendly structure, speed optimization, mobile implementation and navigation improvements.
What to look at on the live site
- Main navigation has separate menus for owners, tenants, investors and short term rentals
- The homepage quote form asks visitors whether they are an owner, renter, realtor or vendor
- The services section has tabs for single family homes and multifamily properties
- The footer lists separate phone numbers for Seattle, Everett, Bellevue and Edmonds
